At Pathways Counseling Center we know how time consuming and confusing it can be to contact your insurance company for information and authorization.
Call our office first, and in most cases, we can do the necessary footwork to obtain the information and referrals you need. If not, we can direct you on the best approach to obtain necessary insurance information.
No health insurance? Financial flexibility is available so you can receive the services you require. Call Carla, Val or Shelley and they can discuss the details with you.
If we are not providers for your insurance company but you want to use Pathways Counseling Center , we can also be helpful in that area. Many companies want to accommodate their participants by letting them choose the counseling center they prefer and will often work with us to become providers or work on an individual case basis. Sometimes you can still see an “out of network” provider with a small change in your co-pay requirements. Our friendly and caring office staff can guide you in that direction with a brief phone call to our office.
Insurance mergers take place quite often and insurance company names and policies can change in a flash. Allow us to direct you out of the “paperwork” quagmire and help educate you with regard to your individual insurance program and its methods of obtaining the proper counseling you want.
We prefer potential clients call us versus sending emails so we can attend to your needs immediately. We have a 24 hour confidential answering service for your convenience and will return all calls, with your permission, on the following business day. Remember to speak slowly and leave your name and telephone number and where you can be reached between the hours of 9am and 7pm . Our business office (different from the therapists hours) is usually open from 9am to 7pm Monday through Saturday. These hours may fluctuate according to scheduling and holidays.
